In the hopes of leaving a legacy his wife and daughter can be proud of, ECB opened a business that embodies his dedication and hard work. His venture in real property leasing started in 2019 with condos, parking rentals, and commercial space leasing. Thus from this experience coupled with his love for his family, ECB began to work on his project yet. Derived from the Italian word spazio, which means space, and from the first letter of his wife and daughter’s name: Julie and Julienne, J Spazio was born. Now, it continues to grow and cater to guests with different lifestyles but with the same love for good food and unique experiences. With a team passionate about providing excellent customer service, J Spazio continues to thrive in attracting people and instantly making guests feel at home.
